Order processing time

All orders are processed in 1-3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or public holidays will commence on the next working day. Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control and we can't be held liable. 

Wrong address disclaimer

Please contact us as soon as possible if you enter the wrong address and we'll aim to update prior to dispatch. If your order has been sent and can't be delivered, we need to wait until the item has been confirmed as being returned before reposting. The return cost and new shipping charge will need to be applied for replacement orders.

Lost in transit

All orders are sent with tracked delivery. We will send a replacement or provide a refund if your order is lost in transit, depending on your preference.

Couriers

We use DX courier for all orders, you will be supplied with a tracking number when the order is dispatched.
